01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and BBWin (hereinafter "BBWin", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bbwin.buzz, including all subdomains, applications, services, content, games, and promotions made available thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by BBWin, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BBWin platform. BBWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on BBWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of BBWin or any of its affiliates.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the BBWin platform.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from doing so.

Registration Process

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses) constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus entitlements.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

04 Account Verification (KYC)

BBWin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Identity verification is required before processing a Player's first withdrawal request and may be required at any subsequent time at BBWin's discretion, including in response to unusual account activity or regulatory compliance requirements.

Documents Accepted

• Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad / NRIC) — both sides required
• Valid Malaysian or international Passport — biographical data page required
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence — both sides required
• Proof of current address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) calendar months
• Selfie photograph holding the identity document — for liveness confirmation

All submitted documents must be clear, unaltered, and fully legible. BBWin reserves the right to reject documents that are expired, obscured, digitally manipulated, or otherwise unsatisfactory. Typical verification turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of complete documentation. BBWin will notify the Player by email and in-platform notification upon successful verification or in cases where additional documents are required.

Funds will not be disbursed to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. BBWin does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Deposit Methods

BBWin accepts deposits via the following methods, each subject to the minimum, maximum, and processing time parameters displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction:

• FPX Online Banking — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB and others — 5–10 minutes
• USDT (TRC20) and Bitcoin (BTC) cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. BBWin reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified or third-party sources and to return such funds to their origin.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same verified Account holder, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's KYC verification must be complete and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to active or recently claimed bonuses must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real-Money Balance after deduction of any ring-fenced Bonus Funds.
4. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply by account tier and are displayed in the Player's account settings.
5. BBWin processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typical processing times: e-wallets 5–30 minutes; bank transfers 30–60 minutes; cryptocurrency 15–45 minutes.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

BBWin offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a stated wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). The Player must place the stated multiple of the bonus amount in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum single-bet or single-spin limit of MYR 250–500 (as specified per promotion) applies while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of claim. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Bonus winnings may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, expressed as a multiple of the original bonus amount. This cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of a current bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

BBWin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus credited to an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of any provision of these Terms. Decisions made by BBWin with respect to bonuses are final and binding.

07 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on the BBWin platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any real-money bets.

BBWin's sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are governed by standard sports betting rules applicable to each market type. In-play bet settlement is subject to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, BBWin will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected round using server-side game logs. BBWin's determination of the outcome in such circumstances shall be final. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before engaging in live casino or in-play sports betting.

Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games and by live dealer action for live casino titles. BBWin does not manipulate game outcomes. All RTP rates are independently audited and available on request.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BBWin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to BBWin and may be reversed
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any content, data, or functionality of the Platform
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or verification requirements
• Placing bets in breach of specific promotion terms or in patterns designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk

09 Account Suspension & Termination

BBWin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies
• Provision of false or unverifiable KYC documentation
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player
• Evidence of problem gambling where account activity poses risk of harm to the Player
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements compelling account restriction
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months will be flagged as inactive

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BBWin will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate its outcome within 14 business days. Confirmed Real-Money Balances that have been lawfully deposited and are not subject to any outstanding dispute will be returned to the Player upon completion of investigation, subject to successful KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting BBWin's support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

10 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the BBWin platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand identity, website design, page layout, text, images, graphics, audio, video, software code, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of BBWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, displayed, broadcast, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of BBWin. Unauthorised use of BBWin's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Game titles, software, and associated visual elements available on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective certified providers and are licensed to BBWin for display and operation purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BBWin's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BBWin shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service
• Loss of data, winnings, or opportunity resulting from technical failures outside BBWin's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment processors, including processing delays
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, internet disruption, or cyberattacks

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BBWin makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, odds, or service offered through the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

BBWin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood BBWin's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

BBWin applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission between the Player's device and the Platform's servers. Player financial data, identity documents, and payment credentials are stored in encrypted form and accessed only by authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

BBWin does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

13 Responsible Gambling

BBWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. BBWin acknowledges that a small proportion of users may develop problematic gambling habits, and has implemented the following tools to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings, effective immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and hard time-out limits are available to prevent unplanned extended play sessions.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications remind Players of time elapsed and net position during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude for a minimum period of 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

14 Amendments to These Terms

BBWin reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification and/or email to the address registered on the account, where reasonably practicable, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Where BBWin determines that immediate amendment is necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, such changes may take effect immediately without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms.

The current version of these Terms, including the Effective Date, will always be accessible via this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations relevant to the jurisdiction under which BBWin holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and that it is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in their country or state of residence before registering.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and BBWin arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform:

1. The Player must first submit a formal written complaint to BBWin's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute.
2. BBWin will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days.
3. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
4. Both parties waive any right to initiate class-action proceedings or multi-party arbitration in connection with any dispute arising under this Agreement.

BBWin's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, where made in good faith and based on verified platform data, are final and binding.
